Liberty Dispatch readers will remember, Liberty Dispatch broke the story of a black inmate named Michael Lynn Blue who claims he was sexually assaulted. The distinction of his charge is that Liberty County DA, Michael Little had forced sex upon him ultimately in return for a lighter prison sentence. Mr. Blue claims he was assaulted and officially oppressed in October of 2002. Now Mr. Blue is being brought to Liberty County to have his charge heard. Additionally, the ACLU and the NAACP is investigating the charged crime of Mr. Blue by Liberty County DA, Michael Little and has noticed a 1983 federal action against Liberty County and Michael Little. Mr. Blue's current court appointed attorney is notable attorney, Ms. Katherine Scardino.

ReplyDeleteNow, why didn't the court appointed attorney have this guy (Blue ) sign away his right to appeal. DARN IT, somebody dropped the ball here!!! Should've assigned Carcerano to the case...wouldn't be having this problem right now with this crazy Blue fellow.
ReplyDeleteNEW NOTICE TO ALL COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEYS: Just put the waiver in front of them..while under duresss ( that's the best time ), maybe they are a little confused, a little scared...they won't even realize what they are signing. THEN, the stupid person won't ever have option to appeal..and we won't have the headache of dealing with it!! Got it? Got it...now let's get em boys!
I just don't believe that Mike Little did such a thing, though. I hope not. That's is SICK!!!

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion this story has to have some merit to it. It comes from an obviously mentally challeneged person. It makes me wonder, could this guy sit around in his prison cell and make this up. I think not.
ReplyDeleteI see a movie line in this situation. We have a convicted felon accusing a sitting District Attorney of inserting his penis into the the felons anus in exchange for a plea bargain.
This story did not just come out of the Blue. It is unbelievably believable.
It is time for Mike Little to resign. It is time for him to vacate the office before he brings even more Hurricane Ike like shame on Liberty County. We are sick of the corruption and being the laughing stock of Texas.
Please Mr. DA, RESIGN!
Carecerano? Wasn't he working as a public defender in both Liberty and Chamber's Counties? He's now assistant DA in Chambers County, right? I hate to imply this ( only an opinion, not an accusation )...but, it makes one curious as to if he goes both ways too? That would explain how someone with his intelligence, or shall I say lack of, would be able to secure such a position as assistant DA. Well, you just never know these days! The "little" Carcerano guy just doesn't seem to have any values or moral character. Ethics violations?????? Guess that's what makes him qualified for the job. That's so sad...but,,, well that's enough. Good night. Not quite..one more thing:

You might say,
" Hey who is this guy, anyway...nobody cares about him. We are talking about Little. Why do you keep bringing this guy's name into it?"
Well the answer is found in these these three words: DISHONESTY, VIOLATIONS, CORRUPTION.
Clean the entire house, not just the bathroom.
Admonition will also be the liberty County verdict for these perverts.

The allegation is a serious one, I understand that. If that really happened, I truly feel sorry for Mr. Blue and his family, as well as Mr. Little and his.
I agree your comment about feeling sorry for Mr. Blue and his family and also Little's family but not Little. He is a criminal just like his sidekick Joe Warren.

Another waste of money and time with no punishment whatsoever. These people don't care what you say about them. The only thing that will change their selfish behavior is serious jail time. They've never had to worry about any type of incarcaration and that is why they have no respect for the laws they break on a regular basis
