Prior News Editor of the Cleveland Advocate and Dayton News Vanesa Brashier has finally surfaced. Brashier has written a story about how past Liberty County Judge Phil Fitzgerald has medical problems and has asked for a later court date.
Liberty Dispatch has no problem with posting the news, but we do have a problem with Brashier surfacing to "hit" Phil Fitzgerald when he is down. Brashier has a history of corruptly printing information related to peoples health concerns all in the name of first amendment rights, that's morally, ethically and probably legally wrong...
There are plenty of slimy snakes with storefront news organizations in Liberty County who peddle their ineffective sales, advertising and promotion capabilities, but harming people with their personal information related to medical issues to get attention is wrong.

1. Wall Street is a complete consumer fraud, deception, and insider trading locale
2. Cleveland ISD hands out far more criminal records than it does diplomas, annually- over 1000 in the past two school years!!!
3. Social Security has zero chance of solvency when you need it
4. Vanesa's clique is totally useless, belligerent, and antoginistic to all those, other than themselves
5. Every government program, at every level imaginable- is infested with thieves, insiders' corrupt interests, and embezzlers
6. The full intent of the digital age was three-fold: Identity and accounts theft, hacking of websites and computers, digital blacklisting of your medical information, credit, job, and personal histories
7. The media's job, collectively, is to cover up the above- lest the citizens be in full, armed revolt
8. Nobody, among law enforcement or government supervisory agencies, will supervise or arrest folks for any of the above (save a token, or two,) being both beneficiaries, and on the take themselves!
For all of the above, you have a single function: to be their VICTIMS and PATSIES!!
Now, therefore, being duly apprised and WARNED- set up your affairs- intelligently, DEFENSIVELY, and accordingly!

Of course, you can't blame the people. With the wall street situation (#1, above), folks are realizing that the only remaining retirement available, is disability!
Besides, there's more income in disability that there is in pensions
(which most baby boomers won't receive- corporations began defunding them and getting rid of workers, prior to being vested,)
if you're not receiving huge executive perks and wages.

ReplyDeleteShe's publishing a medical condition, as part and parcel to the plan, to get him a luxury medical facility placement, rather than a prison sentence. He'll be "miraculously cured" in a few weeks, while pampered to the max-at taxpayer expense, and free as a bird!!!
The insanity defenses, and mental hospital placements, work the same way! It's called "working the system." (since the prosecutorial side are "none too sharp", it works like a charm.)

ReplyDeleteI like the comments above, they are pretty close to what is happening in our Country. Look at the oil pricing,it is tied to the Wall Street commodities guru's. That is why we pay thru the nose for gasoline plus .60 cents a gallon federal taxs. They are also making millions of dollars on the Gold and Silver pricing. Examlpe: If you buy a million dollars in gold today and the price goes up $40 in one day,then you just made $20,000.00 that day. Not bad for a days work or should I say a day of coniving. (HAWK)

#2: the parents need to be aware of what the hidden agendas of the public schools are. When they find the situation above, they need to band together to make a private school. If the cost is prohibitive, then forming a home school group, is the next best option.

In fact, that actually happened to both neighboring school districts: Tarkington and Shepherd. The result? Four of their campuses, unexpectedly, received unacceptable ratings!!!
We have been at the point (for a long time): where our public schools are totally dysfunctional, beyond the third grade. Cleveland should close the Intermediate, Middle, and High Schools, as the administrators are totally obsessed with criminalizing the kids and fining parents. Replace board members, as well.
Without academic excellence, the kids have no chance of surviving more than 2 or 3 college semesters- let alone competing for the scarce seats in the premier degree plans and professions.
BTW: they're only D MINUS SCHOOLS!

The only cure to these abusive school administrators is drastically declining enrollment. That results in huge drops in state and federal funding, which is the ONLY language these criminals understand.
(or, you could take the time to contact the ACLU or federal prosecutors regarding the huge civil rights violations involved: right to counsel, due process, double jeopardy, illegal surveillance...)
When a 3-A school drops to 2-A or 1-A, with no decline in the local demographics... it's a telling statistic... Nothing else gets their attention, given both #7 and 8, above.
Before anybody goes 'klan mental' on me, and claims that Cleveland's problem is "the blacks"; let me explain that only 20% of the 1000+ criminalizations went to black kids. Slighly more went to Hispanics. Care to guess which ethnic group that leaves, with SIXTY PERCENT of the discipline problems??? THE WHITES!

Who cares if there's nobody left at the pep rallies or games but the football team, a five member marching band, and the cheerleaders? (now that would be a hilarious sight!) Let those huge buildings and the stadium sit 80% empty. That monstrous loss of funding will get their attention.
In reference to the above comment I believe that Judge Peggy Dunn who is the local Justice of the Peace has been handling the schools truancy and other school problems until she decided this year that she does not want to fool with it anymore.

Let us place the blame where it belongs, right at the feet of the parents, many who are freeloaders and criminals themselves. They have taught their children well and, when I say, “they” this does consist of all ethnicity groups. It is sickening how we want to place the blame for our children being as they are, on the school district or law enforcement. You should work at Cleveland High School and Middle School, and then condemn the employee and law enforcements-I think you will not. It is not the fault of the school district or law enforcement that many of these kids do not want to come to school, it is a choice the parents allow, nor do they care about learning. They steal, assault, do drugs, sale drugs, have sex, sex, sex and more sex-and with as many people, have children that they cannot support, often several children and by more than one girl, vandalize, and have no respect for anything or anyone and the list goes on: They are taught to live this lifestyle by their parents.
ReplyDeleteIf Peggy Dunn has decided she does not want to fool with truancy and other school related problems-then you can bet there is a good reason for it: I do not believe if this is true, she has made this decision because of the school districts staff or any law enforcement officer. Peggy and Cliff are two of the most compassionate people when it comes to the welfare of children or helping out the dysfunctional parents of these children. You cannot help those who do not want help (unless, it is with a free handout) and you cannot teach those who do not wish to learn.
She uses her position in the HCN family to attack people unwarranted, she and hers will be exposed deeper next time. Waiting with baited breath.

Scott just left the city council, a year ago. Ronnie is a former school board member. Susan and Lloyd are current members and board officers. They're run by that corrupt church, where both the mother, (Barbara,) and Susan work.
