Liberty County Constable Tim Allison has been indicted in Harris County for "Official Oppression". Apparently according to reports Allison went to Houston to help someone get a vehicle out of impound. Allegedly, in the course of events he arrested, handcuffed and put an individual into his Liberty County patrol car when they would not release the impounded vehicle without payment.
Tim Allison was a recent Democrat who migrated to the Republican Party for his 2012 re-election bid.
Constable Allison denies the charges and any wrongdoing.

What Im wondering is where he thought he would take this harris county person once he got them into his car? Liberty County?

ReplyDeleteTim Allison is a disgrace to the Republican Party. I hope he has to resign from the office of Constable for Pct 1 - This is why we need to be very careful when voting people into office. See what happens when we play the name game. I bet the Democraps don't want him now.
ReplyDeleteWhat a dumb mistake! he should throw himself on the mercy of the court and save lawyer fees. it is a mark on his record, but if he will focus on his job as constable rather than have a second job,then he can rebuild his reputation over time.
ReplyDeleteMistake was electing someone that does not work at his position. Deputy Carr does all his work for him. He had it made but just could not keep his big mouth shut. I guess his name doesn't mean much in Harris County.
ReplyDeleteLD - Did I support the wrong candidate in the constable race I voted for this RINO and now I am so disappointed. I should have known better than to have put my faint and judgement into someone that switched parties just to get re-elected.
